Wendi Ribaudo’s practice experience involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in ground-breaking, high-stakes litigation in the United States and Europe. Matters include consolidated class action litigation, derivative litigation, hedge fund liquidation proceedings, and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts as well as FINRA and ICC arbitral tribunals.
Ms. Ribaudo earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from University of Miami, where she served as editor of the University of Miami Law Review and as Supervising Deans Fellow. In the top 10% of her law school graduating class, Ms. Ribaudo received several honors in law school including a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Denis O. Lynch Scholarship, American Bar Association Fellowship, Steven E. Chaykin Fellowship, and multiple CALI Excellence awards. Ms. Ribaudo was also the only student nominated by the University of Miami in 2010 for the prestigious Winston National Health Policy Fellowship in Washington D.C. Ms. Ribaudo received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees, magna cum laude, from University of Miami as well.
