Mark is an experienced trial lawyer with an exceptional background in civil litigation. He began his career with an international law firm representing Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes cases. Then he mentored under three federal judges at the magistrate, district, and appellate levels, acquiring invaluable insight into our judicial system. Now at Weil, Snyder, Schweikert & Ravindran P.A., Mark is dedicated to enforcing the rule of law, holding wrongdoers accountable, and winning meaningful relief for his clients.
Mark has extensive experience prosecuting and defending a wide range of civil matters in international and domestic arbitrations, and in federal and state courts. He has successfully represented both businesses and individuals alike in cases involving complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, employment discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower claims, personal injury, product liability, and consumer class actions.
Aside from his practice, Mark enjoys volunteering with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. and as a Special Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. He is also an avid sports fan and a frustrated musician. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Mark has lived and worked in Germany, Italy, and Japan, but is proud to call Miami home.
